The Tudog Process

Working with Tudog entails two phases - administrative and "getting to work". The administrative process, has 5 steps:

Step 1: Your decision to hire an external consulting firm to meet or improve upon certain needs within your organization. You need to judge us on our skills, processes and, most importantly, your assessment of our ability to get along with your team to push through the project.

Step 2: We listen to you. We learn your product, technology, market perspective, management vision, your company need and other elements of your business.

Step 3: Tudog engages in an independent analysis, digesting what you shared with us and determining how Tudog can be most effective in advancing the company's aims.

Step 4: We decide together with you on a set course of action, services, deliverables and time is to be devoted. Work out a schedule of communications and updates, define point man at the client, project timetable and payment schedule.

Step 5: Tudog submits agreed upon details in the form of a formal proposal and we sign a contract detailing the rights and obligations of both parties.

The "Getting to Work" Phase also involves 5 steps:

Step 1: Framing the problem or corporate goals to be attained

Step 2: Diagnosing the causes of the problem or the strategies the company is currently employing

Step 3: Analysis of corporate perceptions and overall business sector environment

Step 4: Formation of strategies and actions for resolution and success
