Successful market penetration requires the development of channels through which the company can sell and distribute its products and services. Within the high technology arena there are many distributors, value added resellers, integrators, and consulting firms that sell or distribute the products of small and mid sized technology companies. Additionally, strategic partnerships often serve similar sales aims either through product integration or joint marketing agreements.

Tudog also assists in developing alternative and supplementary sales channels, including bundling agreements and small, targeted direct sales.

  • Position the Company - securing distribution is a sales function and the company needs to "sell" the channel. This sale requires a sharpened definition of the market and the company's position, as well as solid pricing and support models.

  • Creation of Interest - in an effort to maximize interest in our clients and create interest in targeted partners, Tudog engages in an awareness campaign aimed at raising interest in our client and its products. Tactics used include public relations, exposure to targeted opinion setters, event appearances, direct mail and others.

  • Development of Targeted Channel Directed Sales Materials - Tudog prepares the company for meetings with sales and distribution firms by creating materials and presentations targeting these companies and explaining the market need and the benefits to distributors and sales agents.

  • Initiation of Contacts - Tudog represents clients in initial talks with prospective sales and distribution channels. Tudog arranges and accompanies the road shows.

  • Negotiations and Deal Conclusion - Tudog assists clients in negotiating the terms of sales and distribution agreements and securing deals. Tudog also provides channel management and relationship management services, including incentive programs for sales agents.
