The model explores operational systems, decision-making processes, marketing & sales strategies, efficiency procedures, distribution and service methods, procurement, cost structures and information technologies.

Model Inputs:

Tudog reviews the company's technology infrastructure, operational infrastructure, decision-making procedures, crisis management process, employee motivation schemes, cost structures and response time. Interviews are held with employees on all levels and a variety of idea generating seminars are held.

Model Outputs:

Tudog identifies areas of operation that need improvement and the systems that require upgrading. Together with the client Tudog determines the causes of the problems and develops a series of remedies.
