Tudog Assists Alternative Fuels Americas with Reverse Merger

Tudog is proud to announce that Alternative Fuels Americas, started as an in-house project at Tudog in 2005 and spun off as a private company in 2007, has become a publicly traded company through a reverse merger with Netspace International Holdings, Inc. (NSIH.PK).

AFAI has conducted biofuels trials in Central America and is now prepared to begin planting Jatropha for biodiesel production. The Company will begin with projects in Mexico and Costa Rica.

Tudog will remain involved in AFAI management and Board of Directors.
