Our goal was to start competing for tenders from the main international vendors. The question was how. We decided to locate a business development firm with a deep understanding of the telecommunications arena. Through recommendations from colleagues within our field we called upon Tudog Consulting for an initial assessment. Within three days we received a proposal for a short-term project that would prepare us to present ourselves before the major vendors in our industry. The initial phase in the proposal was for a one month project and the pricing was more that competitive. We decided to accept the initial phase of the proposal. Tudog came over to our facilities, studied our operations, analyzed our market positioning and our competition and started to work. During the same time Nokia was closing it's tender for contractors for the $350,000,000 Cellcom project in Israel. Tudog had us prepared to enter the bid and present ourselves before Nokia albeit the short time. We presented ourselves and went from one stage to the next, passing with flying colors. Upon receipt of the Nokia bid book we called in Tudog's team to help our team enter the bid - We weren't let down. With a lot of thanks to Tudog's professional team, their level of devotion to their clients - Our bid was accepted by Nokia and we also received an acceptance for an Alcatel project for our African company. Today Rom's level of projects has grown significantly and our visibility as a major telecom contractor has risen significantly.
