Tudog designs and implements business development campaigns that introduce your company into the U.S. market, develop relationships that generate sales and maintain these alliances so that they continue producing results.

The foundation of our business development program is strategies - marketing, branding, pricing, and sales - adopted to introduce the company and its products to the marketplace. Tudog escorts companies through the preparation stages prior to the launching of the business development phase, and then executes the business development tasks, resulting in lead generation and direct sales.

Tudog creates opportunities by:

  • Strategy Formation - defining goals and the development of effective strategies for meeting the client's exposure, partnership, beta and sales objectives. Strategy is based on extensive market research, leading to the identification of opportunities.

  • Branding the Company - creating the image and operational standards that will project specific messages and emotions about the company and its products. Branding includes a variety of deliverables, such as logo, website, brochures, and advertisements, and also includes brand launch and brand management components.

  • Market Tests - before strategies are launched they should be tested. A company's business model, positioning, perceived added value and marketing message need to be tested with a small section of the targeted market before being rolled out to the entire market.

  • Pre-Marketing Campaign - in an effort to maximize the affect of a marketing campaign, Tudog engages in a pre-marketing campaign, aimed at raising the awareness of the company and its products prior to the product launch. Tactics used include public relations, exposure to targeted opinion setters, event appearances, and others.

  • Network Development - effective business development requires access to the companies and individuals who can assist in encouraging acceptance and purchase of a product or technology. Tudog assists in identifying these key players and prepares the company for initial contact. Preparation can include elements of corporate identity, targeted presentations, redefinition of benefits and other elements of a customized approach.

  • Initiation of Activities - the soft launch of business development activities, once again, to test results and have the capacity to make changes in accordance with the market feedback. Evaluation of network and on-the-fly adjustments to make sure that contacts are performing and those that are not are re-approached.

  • Signing of Agreements - closing of beta sites, distribution partners, OEM agreements, strategic partnerships and other agreements. Tudog assists in the negotiations and in the post-agreement management of these crucial relationships.
