About Tudog

Tudog was founded in January 2000. We are a business creation and acceleration boutique that provides a wide range of critical services to companies - from start-ups to established enterprises. Tudog also serves investment companies, including venture capital firms, investment banks and angel groups.

Tudog's offices are based in Pembroke Park, Florida. Our affiliate, Tudog Israel is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. We have affiliate relationships with companies in Great Britain, Switzerland and Belgium.

To date Tudog has worked with over 100 companies.

The Tudog Executive Team

Tudog is led by a team of efficient, insightful, responsible professionals with broad experience in marketing, strategy formation, sales, business development, corporate identity management and brand planning and creation. With offices in both the United States and Israel, Tudog has two corporate structures that function as a single business unit delivering clients a unique level of service. Our core leadership team is:

Craig Frank Craig is Tudog’s CEO and leads the company’s efforts to link strategy with performance through the development and execution of highly innovative business practices. Craig formulates and constructs Tudog’s broad range of marketing related business services designed to promote profitability and create value.

Prior to founding Tudog Craig served as founding CEO of Earth Struck Corporation, a New York based t-shirt and giftware company which sold to over 200 retail outlets in 23 U.S. States. Customers included Macy's and Summit Stores. Following the sale of Earth Struck Craig founded Adora Development Corporation, a business development company that worked with over 80 clients. Craig founded Tudog in 1998 to focus on the development and execution of marketing based value creation strategies and tactics.

Craig has a BA degree from City University of New York (Queens) and an MA degree in International Relations from the City Graduate Center. Craig lectures widely on business and marketing matters at universities and conferences, including regular lectures at Florida International University, guest lectures at Florida Intercontinental University, workshop presentation at The Sterling Council Annual Conference, and keynote appearances at the World Association of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Annual Conference (Romania), and the International Conference on Project Management (Israel). Craig is also widely published, with guest columns in a number of newsletters and magazines (Pino Entrepreneurship Center Newsletter, Guatemala-America Chamber of Commerce Magazine, Romania Business Alliance Newsletter), and was the monthly marketing columnist for The Source for Business, a Florida based small and medium sized enterprise publication.

Craig serves on the Board of Directors of the publicly traded American Locker Security Systems (AGLI) and has served on the Boards of Advisors of Trade Layers, Actimize, Ombek, and Worldlane.com. Craig serves on the Board of Directors of the Neve Michael Children's Village, an Israeli home for underprivileged children.

Phil Chusid is Tudog’s Vice President for Sales. Phil has more than 10 years experience in sales, working directly with companies to meet their needs and solve their problems. Phil’s sales philosophy is customer service oriented, and he has applied his knowledge at Sterling Protective Group, Millennium Flowers, Inc., The Berkley Group, and others.

Matt Kassin is Director of Tudog New York. Matt has more than two decades of successful sales and sales management experience in such diverse market segments as telecommunications, consumer package goods and sales & presentation skills training. Matt entered the online space in 1999 with NetGravity, an interactive advertising technology company that was soon to be merged into DoubleClick, becoming the internet’s single largest provider of ad serving technology. While at DoubleClick, Matt forged key alliances with some of the web’s most premier interactive publishers working within media, technology and data contexts. In 2000, Matt joined Real Media as the Director of Strategic Technology Sales responsible for initiating and developing relationships with key online publishers, driving large scale deals and providing Real Media with significant revenue opportunities and real market presence and credibility. When 24/7 acquired Real Media in 2002, Matt continued to direct all high level sales efforts, concentrating on key portal, network and publisher deals. Matt’s success with crafting business partnerships with such properties as Jupiter Media, CBS Marketwatch.com, Gannet’s Interactive Group, Foxnews.com and the Weather Channel.com became the cornerstone to Real Media’s technology platform, Open Adstream, being recognized as the industry’s number one ad serving technology. Matt brings his extensive sales and online experience to Tudog.

Alvaro Rodriguez Schwendener is Tudog's Director for Latin America and oversees the Company’s activities in Guatemala, Honduras and Central and South America. Alvaro served (2002-2004) as National Director (Guatemala) of the Land O’ Lakes Cooperative Development Program, and the Integral Community Development Program, USAID sponsored programs that brought structure and expertise to rural area businesses. Alvaro is also the Founder, Chairman and CEO of StructoMaderas, S.A., a Guatemala based housing construction firm utilizing proprietary building techniques. In 1984 Alvaro co-founded Union Solidarista Guatemalteca, a national solidarity movement that has served to bring business expertise and improved conditions to thousands of Guatemalan companies and employees.

Jeffrey E. Schwarz

Jeffrey Schwarz has been Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Capital Advisors, Inc, the general partner of Bedford Falls Investors, L.P. ("Bedford Falls"), since June 1992. Bedford Falls is a limited partnership employing an opportunistic, event-driven investing strategy. From 1990 to 1992, Jeffrey was the President of the Metropolitan Capital Group, Inc., a financial advisory firm specializing in the purchase of distressed companies. From 1987 to 1990, he was the managing general partner of Metropolitan Capital Holdings, Inc., an advisory firm associated with First City Capital investing in risk arbitrage and high-yield securities. Jeffrey was a general partner of Kellner, DiLeo & Co., a New York Stock Exchange member firm specializing in risk arbitrage and leveraged buy-out investments from 1983 to 1986. Jeffrey has served as the (non-executive) Co-Chairman of Bogen Communications International, Inc., a NASDAQ traded provider of telecommunications peripherals and sound processing equipment since November 1997. From 1997 - 1999, he served as a director of e-SIM Ltd. (formerly Emultek Ltd.), a NASDAQ traded provider of simulation technology and Web-based solutions to the consumer electronics industry.


Lawrence J. Goldstein

Lawrence Goldstein has served as the founding General Partner of Santa Monica Partners for the past twenty-one years. Santa Monica Partners seeks to build capital through long-term investments in companies "overlooked or ignored by otherwise intelligent investors". Santa Monica Partners has assets of approximately $100 million and a compound annual growth of 22%. Larry has also managed the University of Michigan Business School Growth Fund for the twelve years of its existence. Prior to founding Santa Monica Partners, Larry was a principal in Drexel Burnham Lambert and its predecessor partnership Burnham & Company for twenty-three years.


David Gilad Originally from Boston, served as Israel's Economic Attaché to France from 1996 to 1999, encouraging economic ties and promoting Israeli businesses in the European market. Prior to his appointment, David spent 8 years heading major telecommunication projects for the Israeli government, managing large R&D teams and implementing time critical projects. David's last posting was as the Division Chief - Telecommunications in the Prime Ministers Office. Upon returning from France, David served as the CEO of EchoData one of the first companies to deliver wireless location based services to cellular operators. David has his MBA from Bar Ilan University.
